Service Description

Community Gateway is a community-resource and referral platform that connects constituents with trusted programs, providers, resources, and partners across the Dallas–Fort Worth community.

Not an Emergency Service

Community Gateway is not an emergency-response service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support, call 988. For community services, call 211.

No Guarantees of Eligibility

Preliminary recommendations and qualification results are indications only and do not represent final eligibility decisions. Final eligibility is determined by the relevant program or provider.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to respect the privacy of others, and not to misuse the platform. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions may be blocked.

Limitation of Liability

Community Gateway is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from referrals or recommendations. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
